Job Descriptions:
- Prepare and manage official documents, reports, and correspondence related to government relations and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain organized records of government tenders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation required by government agencies.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and engagements with government officials and regulatory bodies.
- Support the team in maintaining relationships with key government stakeholders and agencies.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action plans.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure internal compliance with government policies.
- Assist in tracking government procurement opportunities (LPSE, e-Catalog, and other platforms).
- Support the preparation of tender documents and submission processes in coordination with relevant departments.
- Work closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Provide administrative support for reporting government-related activities to senior management.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive government-related documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Law, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in administrative roles, preferably within government relations, corporate affairs, or legal administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with government policies, procurement processes (LPSE, e-Catalog), and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
