Job Descriptions:
1. Outbound Calls & Lead Generation:
- Contact potential F&B merchants (Horeca, restaurant chains, cafés, food stalls, catering services, etc.) and distributors to introduce our ready-to-serve food products.
- Qualify leads by identifying their needs, purchasing volume, and decision-making process.
Schedule appointments for the field sales team to conduct product trials or demos. - Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in CRM.
2. Sales Follow-Up:
- Re-engage merchants and distributors who have shown interest but haven’t placed orders.
- Follow up on trial/sample deliveries to convert them into paying customers.
- Assist in closing small-volume sales directly via phone.
3. Customer Onboarding & Support:
- Guide new distributors and Horeca merchants through the ordering process, delivery schedule, and product handling.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new distributors by helping them set up reordering systems.
- Provide basic troubleshooting on product storage, preparation, and usage.
4. Handling Complaints & Service Recovery:
- Respond to customer complaints (e.g., delivery issues, product quality concerns) and provide solutions.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure fast issue resolution.
- Gather feedback for continuous improvement in product and service.
Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (F&B industry preferred).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
- Experience in lead generation, outbound calls & CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, follow up effectively, and handle objections.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
