Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, International Relations, Law, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2G/B2B sales, government relations, or a related field, with a proven track record in closing high-value contracts.
Strong network with government institutions, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and large corporations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders at various levels, including government officials, procurement teams, and C-level executives.
Strong ability to analyze business opportunities, understand government regulations, and develop competitive bid strategies.
In-depth understanding of government procurement regulations and processes (LPSE, e-Catalog, tenders, etc.) and corporate procurement policies.
Proven ability to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, legal, and finance teams in preparing proposals and finalizing contracts.
Experience in preparing business proposals and commercial agreements.
Expertise in B2B & B2G sales techniques, including strategic lobbying and stakeholder engagement.
Basic financial analysis skills to ensure contract profitability.
Familiarity with government procurement platforms such as LPSE and e-Catalog.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and business analytics for reporting and sales pipeline management.
