1. Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Business Excellence department and its staff.
2. Oversee the development and maintenance of organizational policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and best practices.
3. Lead efforts to identify, analyze, and optimize key processes throughout the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Creating, updating, maintaining organizational policies and SOP that align with the company's goals and industry regulations with staff.
5. Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Req :
1. Min 5 years of proven experience in operations excellence, process improvement, or related roles.
2. With Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration or other business-related course.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
4. Excellent project management, competitive analysis, business performance management and change management skills
5. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
6. Result-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
