Job Purpose
The Corporate Secretary / CEO Office plays a key role in supporting the CEO in managing strategic corporate matters, including investor relations, fundraising initiatives, partnerships, and corporate governance. This role ensures effective coordination between the CEO, investors, leadership team, and external stakeholders while maintaining high standards of corporate compliance and communication.
Job Description
1. CEO Strategic Support
- Provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO on corporate initiatives and business priorities.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and external engagements.
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects initiated by the CEO.
2. Investor Relations
- Manage communication and coordination with investors and potential investors.
- Prepare investor reports, updates, and board presentation materials.
- Support the CEO during investor meetings, due diligence processes, and investment discussions.
3. Fundraising Support
- Assist the CEO in preparing fundraising materials such as pitch decks, financial summaries, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate the fundraising process including investor outreach, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Maintain investor database and fundraising pipeline tracking.
4. Partnerships & Strategic Alliances
- Support the CEO in identifying, evaluating, and managing strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate partnership discussions, negotiations, and documentation.
- Track progress of strategic collaborations and follow up on action items.
5. Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Ensure corporate governance practices are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare board meeting agendas, minutes, and documentation.
- Maintain corporate records, legal documents, and shareholder documentation.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate secretary, CEO office, strategy, investment, consulting, or corporate development roles.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, investor relations, and fundraising processes.
- Experience supporting C-level executives or founders is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to handle confidential corporate matters.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational ability.
- Fluent in English
