What You’ll Do
🔹 Group Financial Management
- Lead consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities
- Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports for management
- Drive financial analysis to support strategic decisions
🔹 Accounting & Governance
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations across subsidiaries
- Ensure compliance with PSAK and regulatory requirements
- Strengthen internal controls and financial SOPs
🔹 Tax Strategy & Compliance
- Manage all corporate tax matters (PPh, VAT, etc.) across entities
- Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting
- Identify tax efficiency opportunities while maintaining compliance
🔹 Cash Flow & Planning
- Manage group cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights
- Support business expansion with solid financial planning
🔹 Leadership
- Lead and develop finance/accounting/tax teams
- Build scalable processes for a growing organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax
- Proven experience as a Manager in a multi-entity or holding structure
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting & tax regulations
- Experience in financial consolidation is a must
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing company
Nice to Have
- Background in startup, tech, or B2B business
- Experience with ERP systems & financial automation
- Exposure to corporate finance, fundraising, or M&A
