Job Purpose:
The Head of Marketing is responsible for overseeing the entire marketing function of the organization, ensuring the alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and set performance goals.
- Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning and equity.
- Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify target audience needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and other external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, campaigns, and communications.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to adjust branding efforts as needed.
- Develop creative content strategies and oversee content production.
- Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness using KPIs to optimize future strategies.
- Utilize customer insights and data analytics to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
- Track industry trends to identify new market opportunities.
- Oversee PR strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
- Identify strategic partnerships to amplify marketing efforts.
- Monitor expenses and deliver ROI on all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Experience working in Food Industry (will advantage)
