Job Descriptions:
1. Merchant Acquisition & Activation
- Identify, prospect, and onboard F&B merchants (restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering businesses, etc.).
- Develop relationships with distributors and wholesalers to acquire merchants at scale.
- Educate merchants on the product benefits, pricing, and ordering process.
2. Revenue Generation & Sales Growth
- Achieve sales targets by converting acquired merchants into active buyers.
- Ensure repeat orders and increase merchant basket size through upselling & cross-selling.
- Monitor merchant buying behavior and take corrective actions to improve engagement.
3. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with marketing for promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with production & logistics to ensure seamless deliveries.
- Provide feedback to tech teams to improve merchant experience."
4. Distributor & Partner Management
- Build and maintain relationships with regional distributors to ensure steady product supply and sales growth.
- Ensure stock availability & demand planning for the distributors in your area.
- Work closely with industry partners & associations to increase merchant adoption at scale.
5. Modern Trade (MT) & HoReCa Merchant Growth
- Manage existing MT outlets & HoReCa merchants, ensuring high engagement and repeat orders.
- Acquire new F&B merchants (restaurants, cafés, catering businesses, hotels, etc.) in the region.
- Monitor sales performance, order frequency, and merchant feedback to optimize revenue growth.
7. Offline Event Execution & Activation
- Support and execute regional offline events (merchant gatherings, brand activations, distributor roadshows).
- Ensure event logistics, branding, and merchant participation to maximize impact.
- Act as a local ambassador for the brand, representing the company in local trade events.
8. Field Operations & Market Intelligence
- Conduct market visits to assess distributor, merchant, and competitor activities.
- Gather insights from merchants and partners to improve product positioning and service.
- Identify growth opportunities for the company in the assigned city/region.
