JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Administer and maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
- Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage timekeeping, attendance, and leave records in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in salary benchmarking and assist in compensation and benefits administration.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to support retention strategies.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR labor regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Final year active student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other relevant fields.
- Strong interest and basic understanding of Human Resources, especially in Recruitment, Administration, and General HR functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and possesses good communication skills.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Willing to work fully on-site at Kokikit, Pagedangan - BSD, Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
