Role Overview:
As an HR Intern focusing on People Engagement & Branding, you will play a key role in enhancing company’s culture and strengthening employer brand. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, particularly in organizing internal events, boosting employee engagement, and managing HR administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing internal events that promote team collaboration and employee engagement.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing people engagement within the organization.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by helping to create content and campaigns that highlight our company culture.
- Perform various HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and supporting HR operations.
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR, particularly in employee engagement and employer branding.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work from the office (WFO) in Jakarta Barat
