- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
- Preparing CV report and correspondence to process to clients regarding suitable applicants
- Headhunting – Sourcing, identifying and approaching suitable candidates through by different tools
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
- Handle all end-to-end recruitment progress for tech and non tech dept.
- Manage all aspects of the hiring process including pre-screening, interviews, reference checks, offering and signing of employment agreements.
- Actively identify, attract, source and cold calling talent in the market using multiple sources/sites/channels.
- Liaise and coordinate with external recruitment to assist in hiring specific talent in the market.
- Maintaining databases of job applicants, candidates who have interviewed for positions, and current employees.
Qualification :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work from the office (WFO) in Jakarta Barat
- Ready to join immediately
