Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interview schedules, tests and creating a shortlist of candidates.
Handled various HR administrative tasks, such as data entry, file management, and HR-related inquiries efficiently.
Prepared new employee data for input into the employee database as part of health and employment benefits administration.
Preparing CV report and correspondence to process to clients regarding suitable applicants.
Headhunting – Sourcing, identifying and approaching suitable candidates through by different tools.
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
Handle all end-to-end recruitment progress.
Manage all aspects of the hiring process including pre-screening, interviews, reference checks, offering and signing of employment agreements.
Actively identify, attract, source and cold calling talent in the market using multiple sources/sites/channels.
Liaise and coordinate with external recruitment to assist in hiring specific talent in the market.
Maintaining databases of job applicants, candidates who have interviewed for positions, and current employees.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent communication, organizational skills and administration detail.
Experienced in utilizing multiple job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, GoHire, JobStreet, dll) for sourcing and recruitment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to work from the office (WFO) in Jakarta Barat.
