We are looking for a forward-thinking HR Manager to lead our human resources function and help us scale sustainably. This is a strategic role for someone who understands how impactful HR can be in driving business success, nurturing company culture, and elevating our employer brand.

What You’ll Do:
As our HR Manager, you’ll be leading and executing the full spectrum of Human Resources, including:
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
• Attract top talent and build strong pipelines across departments
• Drive our employer branding strategy through events, social media, and partnerships
People Operations
• Oversee onboarding, employee lifecycle, HRIS, and compliance processes
• Manage performance appraisal cycles, salary reviews, and employee movements
Culture & Engagement
• Champion company values and build initiatives that improve engagement and retention
• Act as a key advisor to management on culture, policies, and employee well-being
HR Strategy & Partnership
• Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business goals
• Drive organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning

What We’re Looking For:
• 4–7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HRIS tools, and data-driven HR practices
• Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence
• Strategic thinker, hands-on executor, and trusted partner to leadership
