KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll & Compensation
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing (salary, benefits, BPJS, income tax/PPH 21)
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime systems and compensation-related data
- Handle employee income tax reporting and ensure compliance with government regulations
Employer Branding
- Build and strengthen the company's image as an attractive place to work
- Manage career-related content on social media and recruitment platforms
- Foster partnerships with universities, professional communities, and recruitment partners
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (screening, interviewing, offering, onboarding)
- Develop sourcing strategies to fulfill staffing needs from staff to managerial levels
- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resource management, law, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human capital, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or section head role
- solid knowledge of payroll processes and employe taxation (PPH 21, BPJS)
- Experienced with HRIS/Payroll Systems (e.g., Talenta, Gadjian, Linov, etc.)
- Proven track record in employer branding and collaboration with universities or recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of indonesian labor laws
- Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet targets
- Placement in BSD, Tangerang
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, PHR, Talent acquisition specialist)
- Strong professional network (HR communities, universities, recruitment platforms)
- Experience in developing KPIs for HR functions
- Comfortable working in a lean, agile HR environment
