Present RPlus investment products to potential investors, effectively communicating the value and benefits of each offering.
Consistently track sales performance, analyzing data to optimize strategies for securing more investments.
Provide personalized support and guidance to investors, ensuring they understand the investment opportunities and make informed decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with RPlus overall business objectives and investor needs.
Continuously explore new opportunities to expand investor relationships, fostering repeat investments and long-term engagement.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, relationship management, or account management, ideally within financial services, capital markets, or the investment sector.
Have well-established personal leads that can be offered RPlus investment products.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear and compelling messages to investors and stakeholders.
Proficiency in understanding and explaining complex financial products and solutions, tailored to diverse client needs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate challenges, develop effective solutions, and resolve investors’ issues.
