The Role:
- To be the key person in charge as liaison between RalaliPlus and all partner finance companies
- To support the onboarding of new finance companies with RalaliPlus
- Negotiate favorable term sheets for RalaliPlus with partner finance companies
- Should be able to guide the credit and product team of Ralaliplus to improve processes and customize products
Qualifications / experience:
- Experience of at least 5-6 years working in SME business development and financial services - either in banks, or multi finance companies, or in SMEs who have borrowings from banks
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, problem solving skills
- Should have been a part of digital lending processes and automation of credit approval processes (for at least 18 months)
- Should be aware about credit scorecards for customers
- Should be comfortable with numbers and data analysis
- To be aware about banking products like working capital, term loans, supply chain financing, trade finance, etc.
- Should have peer level contacts with various digital financial service companies
