Job Descriptions:
- Manage a diverse business portfolio, including performance monitoring and business growth strategy development.
- Conduct site visits and monitoring to issuer locations to monitor operational activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare visit reports related to issuer performance and field activities.
- Establish effective communication with issuers to identify and address emerging issues.
- Able to provide solutions to business owners (Issuers) effectively and efficiently if there are obstacles in the business so that the business can run smoothly again.
- Analyze issuer performance data based on periodic reports submitted to identify trends, opportunities, and potential problems.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure each business receives the necessary support.
- Collect and review monthly and quarterly issuer reports.
- Assist in resolving problems experienced by businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with issuers to ensure effective cooperation.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or students in at least the 8th semester are welcome to apply..
- Currently pursuing or holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and financial modeling.
- Basic knowledge of portfolio management, investment strategies, and risk assessment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
