JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to company standards.
- Ensure production processes comply with SOPs and food safety standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP).
- Conduct sampling and basic laboratory testing (e.g., organoleptic tests, pH, moisture content).
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and QC records regularly.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and follow up on quality issues.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of production areas in accordance with food industry standards.
- Supervise corrective actions for non-conforming products.
- Support internal and external audits related to quality and food safety systems.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Control staff, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Familiar with food safety standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 (an advantage).
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Good communication skills.
