JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, test, and develop new food and beverage products in line with market trends and consumer preferences.
- Reformulate and improve existing products (taste, texture, shelf-life, and nutritional value).
- Conduct lab-scale to pilot-scale trials, including formulation, processing, and packaging evaluations.
- Analyze sensory evaluation data and lab results; compile comprehensive R&D reports.
- Develop and update SOPs, ensure food safety standards (HACCP, GMP), and manage product registration documents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, QC, Marketing, Procurement, and Packaging teams.
- Stay updated with food regulations and ensure product labels meet local and international compliance
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Agricultural Technology, or related field
- Minimum 1 year in food or beverage product development (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered)
- Product formulation, sensory testing, shelf-life testing, food preservation, packaging knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with lab equipment and technical report writing
- Creative, detail-oriented, good communication skills, able to work collaboratively across departments
- Experience in beverage formulation, certifications in food safety, or a portfolio of product innovations
