Job Descriptions:
1. Merchant Acquisition & Activation
- Identify, prospect, and onboard F&B merchants (restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering businesses, etc.).
- Develop relationships with distributors and wholesalers to acquire merchants at scale.
- Educate merchants on the product benefits, pricing, and ordering process.
2. Revenue Generation & Sales Growth
- Achieve sales targets by converting acquired merchants into active buyers.
- Ensure repeat orders and increase merchant basket size through upselling & cross-selling.
- Monitor merchant buying behavior and take corrective actions to improve engagement.
3. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with marketing for promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with production & logistics to ensure seamless deliveries.
- Provide feedback to tech teams to improve merchant experience.
Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (F&B industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to analyze merchant buying behavior and optimize engagement.
- Experience in working with distributors/wholesalers is a plus.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
