- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Create, edit, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with ongoing campaigns and marketing activations.
- Monitor and manage social media channels, respond to comments, and actively engage with the online community.
- Analyze social media performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing marketing activations both online and offline to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and influencers to support promotional initiatives.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing (is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, VN Editor, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for social media performance tracking is an advantage.
- Attaching a portfolio is preferred
