Job Description :
- Leading, guiding, and evaluating the performance of the telemarketing team in achieving sales targets
- Providing wholesale product information to customers through online and offline platforms.
- Collaborates with sales managers to establish sales goals and to develop scripts for use by the telemarketing team.
- Compiling sales and team performance reports for management.
- Deliver, implement, and evaluate the SOP to team members
Requirements :
- Minimum education of D3 or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telemarketing Leader/Supervisor.
- Possess good problem-solving skills as well as good communication and negotiation skills.
- Being innovative and keeping up with the times.
- Having good leadership and managerial skills.
- Able to operate computers (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
