Telesales Staff at PT Raksasa Laju Lintang

The Role : 

They are responsible for initiating sales calls, engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, explaining product features and benefits, and persuading them to make a purchase or take a specific action. Telemarketing Staff also handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate records of interactions. They play a crucial role in generating leads, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and sales techniques.

Job Description : 

1. Responsibilities for achieving the sales targets set by the company 
2. Conduct routine outbound calls to distributors and/or modern trade channels for product offering  
3. Analyze potential distributors and/or modern trade channels 
4. Conduct visits with distributor prospects if necessary 
5. Maintain contact records of distributors and/or modern trade channels 
6. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports periodically 

Requirements : 

1. Minimum education of D3 or equivalent. 
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing. 
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (preferably with experience in Sales). 
4. Able to communicate and persuade effectively. 
5. Capable of working towards targets. 
6. Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
